(Irony of Faith: Sequel) A great continuing of a great classical of soviet Russia.
Every 31st of December Zhenia celebrates the New Years Eve in a public bath in Moscow with his friends. Once he gets drunk and passes out. The others accidentally put him on a plane to Leningrad instead of his friend Pavlik. He wakes up in an airport of Leningrad still quite drunk, believing he's still in Moscow. He stumbles into a taxi and tells to the driver his address. Isn't it an Irony of Fate that there is a street in Leningrad with the same name and with the house on it, which looks exactly like Zhenia’s. Even the key fits in the door. Zhenia goes to sleep. When Nadia comes home, she finds a man, she has never seen before, in her bed. Then her fiancé Ippolit appears. The night is troublesome. Nadya and Zhenia fall in love. 30 years passed and the same story happens to their children.
